Are your clothes handmade?

Yes! All of our children’s clothing is handmade with care and attention to detail. Each piece is created one at a time, ensuring high-quality construction and a comfortable fit for little ones. Because everything is handmade, each garment is unique—just like the child wearing it.

Are your clothes made-to-order or ready made?

We offer both ready-made and made-to-order garments, with most items made to order. This allows us to create clothing specifically for your child while focusing on quality, fit, and thoughtful production

How long will my child’s order take to be made?

As most items are made to order, please allow time for your garment to be created before shipping. Current turnaround times are always listed on the website or product pages. If you need an item by a specific date (for example, a birthday or special event), contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

International delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any free local delivery or pickup options will be clearly shown before payment.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! We offer free local pickup or delivery for families in and around Bendigo.
This option will be available at checkout, or you’re welcome to contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Where are orders made and shipped from?

All items are handmade and shipped from Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my item?

We accept exchanges on non-custom items only.
To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Custom or personalized garments are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available if a garment is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a brief description of the problem. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

While we take great care when packaging orders, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including clear photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
