Production & Shipping
How long will my order take to be made?
Every item is handmade by me to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be cut, sewn and packed before it is shipped.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently only shipping Australia wide.
What happens if my package is marked as delivered by Aus Post but I didnt receive it?
Once the package is handed over to Auspost it is no longer in our care and therefore no longer our responsibility.
Of course, we will assist where necessary to help find the missing parcel, however it is not our responsibility to replace parcels that go missing if they have been marked as delivered.
Sizing
What size should I order?
It is recommended that you are checking the size chart on each product.
If your child is between sizes or you prefer a longer-lasting oversized fit, sizing up is often a great option.
Do your clothes run 'true to size'?
Many of my designs are intentionally oversized for comfort, play and longer wear.
Product descriptions will be your best friend here and these will note the fit and style of the product

What fabrics do you use?
I carefully select high quality fabrics that are soft, durable and comfortable for every day adventures.
Are your clothes suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Comfort is a huge priority to us. My clothing features sensory- friendly labels and soft fabrics with little ones in mind.
Are your clothes really handmade?
YES! Every piece is handmade by me, usually in between naps and late at night when the house is quiet, right here in regional Victoria, Australia
What is the quality like?
All products are quality tested by myself and my children.
Kids can be the mot humbling little beings, so you bet if my kids dont like it they're going to tell me about it!!
How do I wash my items?
For the best results I recommend a cold, gentle machine wash or hand wash. Line dry where possible and avoid the high heat to help your clothing last even longer.
If requiring ironing, please iron the garment inside out.
Will the colours fade?
With the proper care, your garments are designed to stay vibrant and withstand any toddler's daily adventures.
Orders & Returns
Do you do custom orders?
YES!
I love being creative and sometimes custom orders is just the place for that! From crazy costumes, beautiful party dresses or maybe you just want one of our existing products but in a different size.
Please reach out via email or our social media pages and we can chat about what it is your after!
Please note due to the nature of a custom order being just that, custom. There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade nature of my product, I cannot accept returns for change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and i'll do my best to help.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been started yet, please contact me as soon possible.
